By accessing or using TruSondr ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as "Services").

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Services.

TruSondr is built on the principles of privacy, trust, and authentic connection. To maintain these values, you agree to:

• Not reveal the identity of other users without their explicit consent
• Engage in respectful, constructive communication
• Not use the platform to harass, bully, or harm others
• Not share illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent our security or privacy features
• Not use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

TruSondr is built with privacy as a core feature. While we implement end-to-end encryption and other security measures, no digital communication system is completely secure. You acknowledge that:

• You use the Services at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own privacy settings and choices
• You should not share sensitive personal information that could put you at risk if compromised

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TruSondr and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Ghana and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TruSondr.

Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services is subject to your chosen privacy settings. While you retain your rights to any content you submit, post, or display, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

You are solely responsible for the content that you post, upload, or otherwise make available via the Services. You represent that all such content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

By posting content, you warrant and represent that:

• You own or control all rights to the content or have received all necessary permissions
• The content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it as described in our Intellectual Property section.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall TruSondr, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that:

• The Services will meet your requirements
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the content or conduct of other users or third parties you may interact with through our Services.

If you do not agree to any of this agreement or any changes to this agreement, do not use, access, or continue to access the Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
